This morning, Russian troops shelled the Saltivka district of Kharkiv, injuring 5 people, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov. A nine-story building was also struck in the Saltivka district, specifically its roof. Early reports indicate no casualties. A garage cooperative also caught fire.
