Governor: Russia’s attacks killed 1 civilian in Donetsk Oblast on Aug. 15. The civilian was killed in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said. Two more people were injured in Donetsk Oblast, according to the official.
