Erdogan urges Ukraine and Russia to return to the parameters of the March talks in Istanbul. After a meeting in Lviv with Zelensky and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Erdogan also said he was concerned about the situation at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
