Ukraine’s military intelligence says Russia is planning a “provocation” at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant tomorrow. “The occupiers announced an unexpected ‘day off’ [and] only operative personnel will be at the ZNPP. Entry to all other employees will be closed.”
