Governor: Local official in Sumy Oblast killed by landmine. According to Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Ivan Deineka, a member of the Krasnopillya village council and the head of the oblast's farmers association, set off the mine when he pulled his truck over on the roadside on Aug. 19.
