In Kharkiv, rescuers completed search operations at the site of a three-story dormitory struck by Russians on August 17. The final death toll stands at 19, reported the spokesman of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Dmytro Chubenko, in a comment to Ukrinform news agency.
