On the night of August 22, the Russian occupiers again launched a rocket attack on Kharkiv, destroying a two-story infrastructure facility, reported Mayor Ihor Terekhov. According to him, the Kyivskyi district of the city came under attack at 2:49 a.m from Russia's Belgorod.
