Explosions reported in Sevastopol, Crimea. Media reported 2 explosions in Sevastopol at around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 23. Mikhail Razvozzhayev, head of the Russian occupation government in Ukraine's Sevastopol, claimed that a drone had been shot down by Russian air defense.
