The court declared Oleksandr Tupytskyi, the former head of Constitutional Court of Ukraine, wanted in yet another criminal case. He is accused of interfering with the automated system of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, reported @GP_Ukraine & State Bureau of Investigation.
