Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, the expenses of the state budget of Ukraine amounted to almost UAH 1 trillion ($27.1 billion). More than 40% of all that was spent from the state budget went to the needs of the army, announced Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
