I am so angry with this cynical regime. On Feb. 22, @oleksiireznikov spoke with #Belarus MoD Viktar Khrenin, who promised that Belarus wouldn't invade from its territory. Such a liar. Two days later, Khrenin called again and on behalf of #Russia (!) offered capitulation.
