Russian occupying forces shelled Dnipropetrovsk Oblast throughout the night, targeting three districts with Grad and Uragan rocket systems: Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro, said regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko. According to him, the night was a continuous air raid alert.
