On August 23, the Ukrainian army conducted three helicopter strikes on clusters of Russian manpower, weapons, and equipment in Novovoznesenske, Arkhanhelsk, and Pravdyne in Kherson Oblast, destroying 13 occupiers and their equipment, according to the Southern Operational Command.
