Official: Russia shells Velyka Kostromka, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with Uragan rockets. Several residential and agricultural buildings in the village were destroyed on Aug. 25 though nobody was hurt, according to Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council.
