Ukrainian intelligence reports that Russia has deployed at least 160,000 troops in Ukraine since February 24. Vadym Skybytsky, a member of the Intelligence Directorate, noted that this figure does not include Russian National Guard forces, which are responsible for controlling Russian-occupied regions.
