Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will visit Sweden and the Czech Republic from August 29 to 31. In Prague, he will participate in an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers to discuss visa restrictions for Russians and the eighth EU sanctions package against Russia.
