Russian forces shelled Nikopolskyi, Synelnykivskyi, and Kryvorizky districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on August 28. The shelling of Nikopol killed one woman and injured four people, according to Valentyn Reznichenko, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Civil-Military Administration.
