Governor: Russian forces shell Sumy Oblast 82 times on Aug. 28. Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said the communities of Myropillya, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Znob-Novhorodske, Esman, and Shalyhyne were shelled. No casualties or damages were reported.
