If UKR gains control of Kherson Oblast & can strike targets in Crimea AND they receive additional delivery of anti-ship weapons (+ underwater drones) the RU Navy (& sea supply lines) are threatened. Without a Navy, Ukraine is conducting A+ Joint warfare.
