Ukrainian forces targeted a machine-building plant in Beryslav, Kherson Oblast, where Russian troops had stationed equipment, ammunition, and personnel. The strike ignited a large fire at the facility, Volodymyr Litvinov, head of the Beryslav plant, told Suspilne.
