Vostok 2018 was so large they held it at Tsugol training area in Siberia. Not so this year. Eastern MD units, where this is taking place, were sent to Belarus and on to the Kyiv offensive, before being repurposed elsewhere. They took heavy losses in equipment and personnel. (2/2)
