Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan proposed to make Turkey a mediator in the issue of Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP, as was the case in the "grain agreement". He said this during a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Anadolu Agency reported.
