Hungary threatens to block the extension of some EU sanctions against Russia, if three Russian oligarchs are not removed from the list, @RFERL reported citing sources in diplomatic circles. Allegedly the oligarchs in question are Alisher Usmanov, Petr Aven and Viktor Rashnikov.
