On September 6, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) published a report on the findings of its mission’s visit to the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant in southern Ukraine. The agency, in particular, confirmed the presence of Russian military personnel at the plant.
