Russian troops hit a school and a residential house in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast, according to the mayor. "#43, Torska St. A section collapsed. There may be people under the rubble. Rescue operations are underway. The number of victims is currently unknown," said Mayor Vadym Liakh.
