Blinken announces $2 billion in aid to Ukraine

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced a $2 billion aid package for Ukraine during a surprise visit to Kyiv. $1 billion will be allocated to Ukraine, while the remaining $1 billion will be distributed among 18 countries at risk from Russian aggression. During his visit, Blinken also met Patron, a mine-sniffing dog.
