The LNR propagandist Artem Porvin is pleased by strikes on Kharkiv’s civilian infrastructure. "This is for the Kharkiv region, you bastards" he writes, addressing the people of Kharkiv. In other words, residents of Kharkiv, who were allegedly "defended and liberated" earlier, are being avenged for the shameful retreat of Russian troops.
