On September 13, the occupying forces continued shelling Donetsk Oblast, killing civilians, reported the head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko. As a result, 5 civilians died, and 10 more were injured. The authorities of the region urged people to evacuate.
