Russians launched rocket strikes on Chuhuyiv, Kharkiv Oblast, which killed an 11-year-old girl, says regional governor Oleg Synegubov. It appears the strike also damaged critical infrastructure, housing, an enterprise and a gas station. Consequences are being eliminated.
