Excellent thread by my friend, @markhertling about what's required to train Soldiers. His conclusion is right: desperation for Putin. It reminds one of Hitler drafting Boys and old Men for the Wehrmach in the last days of the Third Reich. Ironic…Putin doing what the Nazi's did.
