Court detains ex-ministers over Kharkiv agreements

The court allowed detaining former Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Justice Kostyantyn Hryshchenko and Oleksandr Lavrynovych, who are suspected of supporting the Kharkiv agreements, prolonging the Russian Black Sea Fleet's stay in Sevastopol, according to the State Bureau of Investigation
