Russian occupation troops shelled Dnipropetrovsk Oblast last night, namely Nikopol district, reported regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko. This morning, Russians attacked Nikopol and Marhanets with Grad systems and heavy artillery. They fired almost 30 shells at the cities.
