Ukrainian sources continue to be vague about their offensive aimed at liberating Lyman, while the pro-Russian outlet Rybar claims that Ukrainian forces successfully crossed the Donets River south of Dibrova, are advancing toward Kreminna, and continue to encircle Lyman from the west.
