Ukraine seeks fast-track NATO entry, will only negotiate with new Russian president

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is applying for accelerated accession to NATO. He also added that Kyiv does not give up negotiations with Russia, but will do so only with the new Russian president.
