In the end of September shot a civilian convoy of 7 cars in "grey zone" between Svatovo, Luhansk region & liberated Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. At least 20 people killed, 10 of them – children. Some were able to save themselves, they are testifying. Source: Security Services
