Mobilized men from the so-called 'Luhansk People's Republic' (LNR) have retreated from Lyman to Shchastya (Happiness) in the Luhansk region. They have been living without shelter for several days, while their command accuses them of desertion and treason after seven months of service, according to the head of the Luhansk military administration.
