Lukashenko has once again promised that there will be no mobilization in Belarus. That’s a good thing. It’s better to harvest potatoes! Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Army and Territorial Defense Forces have been ready to defend the Volyn and Rivne regions of Ukraine since spring.
