On October 4, at a regular meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution that allows the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine (Mineveteraniv) to establish within its sphere of management a state institution "National Military Memorial Cemetery" and ensure its operation.
