Russian occupation troops started shelling the border of Sumy Oblast this morning. As of 10 a.m, over 50 strikes were recorded, said regional governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy. Although the night was quiet, in the morning Russian troops "went crazy", firing multiple rocket launchers.
