What is happening right now in #Kyiv is horrific. This once again shows the world the kind of regime we are dealing with: a regime that chooses indiscriminate targets. A regime of terror and of killing children. This is a crime. They will be held accountable. Truth and justice will prevail. Europe will not look the other way.
