Lviv hit by Russian missiles, 30% without power, residents urged to stock water

Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadoviy says the western Ukrainian city has again been hit by Russian missiles. "As a result of the missile strike, 30% of Lviv is temporarily without electricity. There are also water supply interruptions," he says. He urges residents to stock up on water.
