Russian occupation "authorities" are forcing residents of the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol in Zaporizhzhya Oblast to obtain Russian passports. In case of refusal, they threaten with dismissal from enterprises and a "black mark" in the region, reports Mayor Ivan Fedorov.
