Mortality rate among wounded soldiers exceeds 50%, says the General Staff of Ukraine. "This is due to poor medical care and the reluctance of the Russian command to evacuate the wounded. Many are admitted to hospitals in temporarily occupied areas. In Donetsk, 100 wounded arrived this week."
