Russia has confirmed the re-equipment of the Belarusian Su-25 for nuclear weapons. However, there are no plans to transfer to Belarus the technology for converting aircraft into nuclear-capable carriers, Russian diplomat Konstantin Vorontsov said. Russia also provided Belarus with Iskander missiles.
