Russian troops shelled Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles at night, said Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych. One of the missiles hit a five-story residential building, completely destroying the top-floor apartment. There were no casualties. One man sustained minor injuries.
