Met PM @NicolaeCiuca and thanked him for Romania’s important contributions to our security at this critical time. We addressed Russia’s absurd allegations that Ukraine is preparing a dirty bomb. Russia must not use false pretexts to further escalate its illegal war in Ukraine.
