On October 29, Russian troops fired seven times at the border of Sumy Oblast, according to Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, head of the regional military administration. In total, 38 artillery and mortar attacks were recorded in the region over the day. Russians also dropped explosives from a quadcopter.
