The pro-Russian governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced that residents from the vicinity of Kherson will also be evacuated to Russia. Each will receive a sum of 2000 euros and a subsidy to purchase housing. The surrender of Kherson is thus confirmed!
