Student Danuta Piarednia was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison for reposting an article that criticized Putin, Lukashenka, and the war against Ukraine. Danuta studied Romance and Germanic philology in Mahiliou. She was accused of inciting harm to Belarus's national security.
