On the night of November 9, Russian occupation forces launched a massive attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast using kamikaze drones, according to Valentyn Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. Four people were injured in Dnipro as a result of the Russian strikes.
